- Watches that are used, scratched, resized, or unwrapped will not be accepted (except in valid defect cases)

How to Return or Exchange

Send the parcel through a traceable courier service.
Once we receive your parcel, our representative will contact you and your refund/exchange will be processed within 2–3 working days.

Advance Payment
1. For order above Rs 10000 , customer need to pay some advance amount to confirm order.
2. If one of your order return, then our team will ask the advance payment partially to confirm order, otherwise order will not dispatch.

I only gave it 4 star because the analoge hands have started to go slow i set the time up and next day it was 30mins slow which is sad because i was impressed with the world time realy did have every country time zone on it fir a few £

It is functional and beautiful
A watch that does the job. However, the white strap is quite stiff and not very comfortable to wear.
It's been three weeks, but that's not the main issue. After receiving it, I found some debris behind the glass on the dial... it really looks like a piece of dead skin. Quite unpleasant, I won't order again.

The setup is quite complicated; it made me think of the clocks from the 90s.
