15 Days Refund / Exchange Policy

At Skmei Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return & exchange process.


Eligibility

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Watches that are used, scratched, resized, or unwrapped will not be accepted (except in valid defect cases)
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Quartz Time (Analog) ✅ Covered under warranty
Digital Time / Digital Functions ❌ No warranty provided

Please Note: Warranty is applicable on Quartz timekeeping only. Digital display, digital functions, backlights, and other electronic features are not covered under our warranty policy.


Important Notes

  • Customer must return the parcel via any courier service at their own expense
  • Refund process starts after we receive and inspect the product
  • Refund or exchange will be processed within 2–3 working days after approval
  • Damaged or incomplete returns will not be accepted

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1 — Repack the Parcel

Safely repack the product in its original box with all accessories, warranty card, and invoice.

Include a note with:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Contact Number
  • Reason for Return / Exchange

Step 2 — Ship the Parcel

Send the parcel through a traceable courier service.

Once we receive your parcel, our representative will contact you and your refund/exchange will be processed within 2–3 working days.
