How to Return or Exchange

I'm trying to use a manual translator, but it's not easy.
I can't understand why the electronic mechanical clock is not keeping time correctly... Please tell me in detail how to set it up. 😭

I only gave it 4 star because the analoge hands have started to go slow i set the time up and next day it was 30mins slow which is sad because i was impressed with the world time realy did have every country time zone on it fir a few £

It is functional and beautiful
A watch that does the job. However, the white strap is quite stiff and not very comfortable to wear.
It's been three weeks, but that's not the main issue. After receiving it, I found some debris behind the glass on the dial... it really looks like a piece of dead skin. Quite unpleasant, I won't order again.

The setup is quite complicated; it made me think of the clocks from the 90s.
